Dr. Lance Doppler, DC
Dr. Lance Doppler has enjoyed spending all of his life in the Midwest, after being born in Wheaton, MN Dr. Doppler Moved to Lewistown, MT where he fell in love with the state! Dr. Doppler chose the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND where he received his Biology Major and Chemistry Minor. As a four year member of UMary’s basketball team, Dr. Doppler was named captain his senior year and helped the Marauders transition into the NCAA Division II Northern Sun Conference. Dr. Doppler graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2012 receiving his Chiropractic Doctorate, State Board Certification and X-Ray certificate. While attending Chiropractic College, Dr. Doppler volunteered at the Minneapolis Salvation Army Clinic providing treatment and patient education in stress & lifestyle management, and ergonomic safety.
Lance has continued to use his strong sports background to keep people motivated, healthy, and feeling great. Dr. Doppler believes in building a strong future for the youth through team activities and being involved in the community. He is a member of the Young Professionals division of the chamber of commerce, Biz to Biz, and the Optimist Club of Helena. Dr. Doppler is always looking for ways to get involved in the community and help make Helena a better place to live!
Dr. Doppler and his wife Monique are excited to be a part of the Helena Community and look forward to raising their three children, Mason, Brooklyn, Ryder in such a positive town!

Priscilla joined the Advanced Spinal Fitness Team in May of 2022. She moved to Helena when she was younger and never wants to leave! She was cheer team captain her senior year of high school and graduated from Capital High in 2019. After she graduated she worked at a nursing home as a PCA. Priscilla is very passionate about working in the healthcare field and is always ready to help!
Dallas Burke, LMT, CMLDT
Dallas has been a massage therapist since 2016 and has been with Advanced Spinal Fitness since 2019. Dallas has developed a style of massage that is condition-specific and treatment-oriented. In other words, she utilizes deeper pressure, and factors in clients lifestyles when working with clients. Dallas enjoys educating her clients on how the body functions and helping them to better understand what is going well, or not so well, in their muscular system. Whether you are experiencing ‘tech neck’, whiplash, or an athletic injury Dallas has the knowledge and passion to help guide you back to feeling comfortable in your body. In 2022 Dallas received her certification as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist; she is also trained in cupping. With her Lymphatic Drainage training she can work with post-surgical edema/swelling, lymphedema, and chronic venous insufficiency.
